Advice for Visiting
- We are expecting VERY large crowds, and there is also a Greek Theater concert that evening. Expect extremely heavy traffic and very long walks from parking.
- Public bus service from Vermont/Sunset Red Line station available on Observatory Weekend Shuttle (10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.)
- Please do not bring personal telescopes or lawn chairs to the event.
Bad Weather Plan
If the evening is cloudy, we will show the eclipse live inside the building from elsewhere in the world.
